Safeguarding Adults and Child Protection Procedure - K|E has a Safeguarding Adults and Child Protection Policy which sets out the commitment to take all reasonable steps to prevent and detect abuse and raise alerts where abuse is suspected. This document highlights the steps needed to make sure we do everything to protect adults who may be at risk.

K|E Safeguarding Policy - The Care Act 2014 defines safeguarding as protecting a person’s right to live in safety, free from abuse and neglect. This policy is written in accordance with statutory guidance under the Care Act 2014.

Complaints Protocol - K|E is committed to ensuring that its services are of the highest quality and wants to ensure that the services provided run effectively for the people who access them. This procedure sets out how service users can make a complaint and how K|E will respond.
