"The kitchen is the hub of Key Enterprises."

Our catering department is a busy and welcoming training area which provides a daily two course lunch and refreshments throughout the day for service users and staff. Skills taught include cooking, baking, meal planning, devising recipes, ordering supplies, correctly storing produce, cleaning/maintaining equipment and health & safety awareness.

We also teach service users practical cookery skills around the preparation of nutritious, budget friendly meals at home.
