Key Enterprises are working in collaboration with Network Energies (Microsystems) LTD in developing a domestic sized wind turbine product.  Our brief is to create a renewable energy solution that is cheaper, more efficient and robust than anything currently on the market today.

Worldwide there are 1.6 billion people without access to electricity.  Small renewable energy devices such as our wind turbine could address this urgent need.  Equally, in the affluent west, where hydrocarbon usage is proven to be unsustainable our product could contribute significantly to the reduction in reliance on fossil fuels.

It is estimated that 1200 megawatts could be produced from small wind turbines in the UK alone.  This is equivalent to one third of the nations domestic electricity requirements.

The enthusiasm and interest generated by this project has resulted in many participants of Key Enterprises being directly involved in the construction of components and involvement in the design process itself.
