Podcasts to help with social-distancing
Some of the staff here at Key Enterprises are big fans of listening to podcasts. They're a great way to unwind, learn something, and just to help you sit still and be mindful for a while. Oh, and lots of them are very funny. We're living through a time of social distancing and a lot of it is spent at home not really knowing what to do with our days. We've put together a list of some of our favourite podcasts ranging from science, food, comedy, history and mindfulness for you to enjoy and help mix up your daily routine.
I love to put a podcast on for my daily socially-distanced exercise, most of them are less than an hour but walking for that amount of time can burn plenty of calories and helps me feel really good! Listening to a podcast makes exercising, or simply getting outside, less daunting because you're taking your walk with funny and interesting people in your headphones!
All of these can be found for free online, I'll provide links with each podcast describing where you can find them but they are all available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Acast and all of the usual podcast sources. Be warned, some of these podcasts feature comedians who swear sometimes and often discuss adult or sensitive themes, please take that into consideration before you tune in. So, here we go, these are some of our favourite podcasts!

Greg describes it as a history podcast for those who don't like history, or for those who never paid enough attention to it at school. The podcast has two seasons and covers such a wide range of content along with special comedian guests to make it a really fun podcast!
